Marty,
Thanks to your lessons, 2007 ended up being my best golfing year
ever.
I shot my lowest 18 and 9 hole scores ever, and my handicap index is
now under 18 (it fell about 5 shots during the year)
A few times this season, golf actually seemed “easy” (for the
first time ever )
With the one-plane-swing, I was pretty good with woods
& irons all season long ( and almost never hit a slice).
I hit the ball further than I ever have ( got a few drives 300+ for the
first time)
I was excellent hitting pitch shots anywheres from 10-90 yards.

the one-plane concepts where he
also had his best year. (Tom Burke)
Just thought I'd share this:
I'm a 10 hdcp and have been studying and attempting to apply all of the
info from Jim Hardy's book and video to my swing. I had some success
but was still hitting the occasional hook & pull. While the
book
and DVD's are outstanding....I learned more in 10 minutes w/ PGA
instructor Marty Nowicki, than a couple months of tinkering with my
swing.
If you're trying to learn the one plane swing, do yourself a favor and
get a lesson from a qualified one plane instructor.
Marty kept it simple (because it is) and cleared up much confusion.
I know I have work to do, but before I left the lesson, I was hitting
the ball dead straight.....with authority.
Marty occasionally participates and can be contacted through this
forum. He is located at the golf dome in Syracuse NY. I drove from
Buffalo and picked up a buddy from Rochester. He is a 2 hdcp and shared
my sentiments about the lesson.

I had my first and only 1PS lesson with Marty about 8 weeks
ago
and in about 1 1/2 hours he was able to provide we with a more clear
understanding of the swing changes I needed to make.

I just came back from a session with Marty. Anybody that has
questions about the one plane or two plane swing should go
and
see
Marty. Marty did a great job, I have a good
understanding
of what
has to happen. You guys from Tennessee, I drove up from
Kingsport
and
it was
worth it. I wish he was down south.

Let me add another vote of confidence for Marty Nowicki. He's a
fabulous teacher! Under his watchful eye, I'm a tour player. My
challenge is to keep some of the magic when I get home.
